Domestic Orders
For domestic orders, we ship via Amazon Logistics, UPS and USPS. Orders are processed and sent from our centrally located distribution center (Lenexa, KS USA). Shipments often arrive within 1-5 days. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of order receipt (excluding weekends). Daily shipment cut off time is at 8am (CST). Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends and holidays. Most shipments include Saturday delivery (when applicable).
Delivery estimates are based on averages. Your order may be delivered faster or slower than estimates. Shipping delays may be experienced during peak season. Click on the Shipping Estimate Map to get a better understanding of the average shipping time for Avalon Golf orders. Transit times are not guaranteed.
Should you wish to modify an existing order, please contact us to request changes. We cannot guarantee modifications.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: $2.99 to $5.99 flat rate shipping (average shipment time = 2-5 days (excluding Sunday)
Expedited Shipping: We can try to expedite order processing when available. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us and include your ship to address so we can provide pricing on expedited shipping options.
Shipping Insurance + Lost or Stolen Packages
All shipments are insured during transit – up until the time of delivery and for a maximum of one hundred dollars. We will send a real time update via email at the time the package has been delivered. Avalon is not liable for packages that go missing after delivery (ex. as a result of package theft, porch piracy). Customers have the option of adding Shipping Insurance to their order during checkout. If a customer has purchased additional Shipping Insurance and their package has been lost or stolen, they have 14 days from their original order date to file a claim. If the claim is approved, the customer is entitled to a free replacement.
International Orders
Avalon Golf Co. is located in the USA and can ship internationally. International orders are primarily shipped via Fedex. In certain cases (for beyond destination points), we will use USPS. All international shipments have Brokerage Fees included (so they are not incurred by customers). International orders may be subject to duties & taxes – these are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Shipping Estimates:
- Shipping to Canada: Estimated at 2-5 days (rates start at only $17.96). For beyond destinations (ex. Rural addresses), estimated at 8-12 days
- Shipping to Mexico: Estimated at 2-5 days (rates start at only $17.96). For beyond destinations (ex. Rural addresses), estimated at 8-12 days
- Shipping to the UK: Estimated at 3-7 days (rates start at only $17.96)
- Shipping to Europe: Estimated at 5-10 days (rates start at only $17.96)
- Shipping to Australia: Estimated at 5-10 days (rates start at only $21.23)
- Shipping to Asia: Estimated at 5-10 days (rates start at only $21.23)
- Shipping to South Africa: Estimated at 5-10 days (rates start at only $21.71)
