Avalon Golf Returns & Exchanges
Our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee ensures that every purchase on Avalon Golf Co exceeds your expectations. We will happily accept a return or exchange for items, excluding final sale merchandise, that are in new condition with original tags. Returned items cannot be washed or altered and free of any strong odors. We are unable to accept returns of items purchased through third-party retailers.
As part of our customer satisfaction guarantee, we offer Free Returns & Exchanges for all domestic orders. Detailed information on our return & exchange policy is as follows below:
Merchandise must be shipped back within 30 days (or 45 days for purchases made between November 15-28) from the date the order was placed to receive a refund. Avalon Golf will provide a Free Return Shipping Label (for domestic orders – unfortunately, we cannot issue free return labels for international orders (outside of the USA)). All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. If purchased as part of a discounted offer (ex. buy 1, get the 2nd one for 10% off) and you wish to return only a single item, the purchase is no longer be eligible for the discount. If purchased as part of a promotional offer (ex. buy X, get Y free), all items must be returned to receive a full refund. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
After the returned merchandise has been received, the refund will be issued in full (minus shipping cost) to the payment account used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to three business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
All final sale merchandise is not eligible for return. All final sale merchandise will be clearly marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ on the product page.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Avalon Golf Co. will replace any merchandise with quality defects from workmanship or materials within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned to be eligible for warranty replacement. We do not take returns on merchandise damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/material through time, exposure to elements or extensive use.
