Our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee ensures that every purchase on Avalon Golf Co exceeds your expectations. We will happily accept a return or exchange for items, excluding final sale merchandise (final sale items will be clearly marked as final sale on the product page), that are unworn (outside of try on) and in new condition with original tags & packaging. Returned items cannot be dirty, washed or altered and must be free of any strong odors. We are unable to accept returns of items purchased through third-party retailers.
As part of our customer satisfaction guarantee, we provide Free Returns & Exchange Shipping Labels for all Domestic Orders (with addresses in the USA).

Detailed information on the Avalon Golf Return & Exchange policy is as follows below:
Item Returns
Merchandise must be shipped back within 30 days (or 45 days for purchases made between November 13-30) from the date the order was placed to receive a refund. Avalon Golf will provide a Free Return Shipping Label for domestic orders – unfortunately, we cannot issue free return labels for international orders (outside of the USA). Shipping fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.  If purchased as part of a discounted offer (ex. buy 1, get the 2nd one for 10% off) and you wish to return only a single item, the purchase is no longer eligible for the discount.  If purchased as part of a promotional offer (ex. buy X, get Y free), all items must be returned to receive a full refund. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
We strive to keep our prices low to ensure we keep customers happy and offer affordable shipping costs and a generous return policy (which includes free return labels). High Dollar returns can be costly as credit card processing fees are non-refundable to merchants and restocking & repackaging items require resources. In an effort to minimize larger order returns, so we can continue to deliver high quality golf apparel at below industry prices and provide free return labels, we implement a restocking fee for returns totaling more than $200 and/or returns of 3 or more of a single *item per order (*item defined by item category (ex. golf joggers, golf shirts, golf pants, belts etc..). More specifically:
4% Restocking Fee for Returns Valued at Greater than $200
4% Restocking Fees for Quantities of 3 or More Returned of a Single Item (single item defined by item category ex. Golf Joggers, Golf Shirt, Golf Pants, Belt etc.)
Examples:
1. You purchase a belt ($39), Polo ($69) and Pair of Joggers ($89) = Total $197 and decide to return all items. As total return is less than $200, there will be NO restocking fee
2. You purchase 3 belts ($39 x 3) = Total $117. As >2 of a single item was returned, there will be a 4% restocking fee ($117 x 4% = $4.68 total restocking fee)
3. You purchase 2X Joggers ($89 x 2), 1X Polo ($69) and 1X Belt ($39) = Total $286. As Returned Items Value >$200, there will be a 4% restocking fee ($286 x 4% = $11.44 Total Restocking Fee)
After the returned merchandise has been received, the refund will be issued (minus shipping cost) to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email.

Item Exchanges
Merchandise purchase from Avalon Golf must be shipped back within 30 days (or 45 days for purchases made between November 15-26) of order date to be eligible for an exchange. We will provide Free Return Shipping Label + Free Shipping for the exchanged item (for domestic orders) for the first exchange (per order number). Unfortunately, we cannot issue free exchange labels for international orders (outside of the USA) however we do cover the cost of the replacement item(s) shipment.
We kindly ask that you allow up to three business days for your exchange to be processed. Once the returned merchandise has been processed, the replacement will be sent at which time you will be notified via email.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
All final sale merchandise is not eligible for return. All final sale merchandise will be clearly marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ on the product page.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Product Warranty
Avalon Golf Co. will replace any merchandise with quality defects from workmanship or materials within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned to be eligible for warranty replacement. We do not take returns on merchandise damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/material through time, exposure to elements or extensive use.
