I am more athletic build. I am pleased to say that it fits very well for my height and it is true the size runs a little bigger as it stretches on the waist. (ie, a size 32 fits waist 34). I recommend you go 1-2 sizes down your waist size. Great fabric throughout. Definitely better than those found on Amazon. Looking forward for more discounts Avalon! Update: 25 Feb 2026 2nd purchase. Bought two 7inch inseam shorts, one pair of performance joggers and a pair of tour joggers, all size 32. Pleased to say the sizes are same for both the shorts and pants and fit well! The clothes fit well, and are breathable, with enough stretch in the fabric to allow an effortless golf swing. I've also found the pants to be somewhat water repellent, which is great for morning rounds.
